An AWESOME Way to Make Every Kickboxing Class Rock Like Never Before.

Got a quick tip for you today that’ll make you work 10x harder in every kickboxing class… and you’ll LOVE every second of it. No, it’s not steroids! And no, it’s not to drink a case of Red Bull before every class…

But, it’s just as easy (not that chugging a case of Red Bull is easy).

Picture their face.

You know, the face of that person who just pisses you off. That person who just rubs you the wrong way, regardless of how nice or not nice they’re being.

Your boss? Your neighbor who leaves his Christmas lights up till April of the next year?

Your parents, still nagging you to do this and that when you’re 30+ years old?

Or is it that lady at the supermarket who smiles so big and gives the loudest, cheeriest…

… but it’s SO fake!! (Ugh, that just gets to me).

Really picture their face… their voice… and let your anger surface. Then, take it out on the bag. Let it all go.

It’s therapeutic, really.

I mean, we all have our pet peeves…

So who’s peevin’ yours?

Picture their face when it’s time to hit the heavy bag, and I guarantee you’ll go harder, longer and faster than ever.

And when you walk away from class, you will feel 1000 tons lighter as all of that stress slides right off your shoulders.

Till next time!

  1. Everyone at work knows to hit me up early in the day on Mondays and Thursdays so hopefully THEIRS isn’t the face on that bag!

  2. I was wondering if you could give me the routine of that 13 min workout that’s a killer. All I can remember is burpees 🙂

    1. Hey Cheyenne, which routine were you thinking of? All of our locations like to switch it up, but a lot of them use burpees, lunges, squats, jumping squats, double lunges, crunches, bicycle kicks, pushups, planks, dips and more exercises than I can even think of at the moment. Feel free to make your own killer workout from the ones you learn in class.

  3. OH MY GOD!! I had a crappy day yesterday and while in class I was just picturing all the people that were annoying me while punching and kicking the bag as hard as I could, and even my instructor made a comment of ” wow..someones has their determined face on tonight, look at you go” I said, ” I had a crap day, and all I could think about was I need to punch something, I can’t wait to get to class!! ” What a stress reliever!! Thank god for kickboxing or someone might have gotten hurt yesterday!! LOL!! 🙂

  4. I was an emotional eater, had a bad day McDonald’s.. have a good day celebrate with friends going out for a big meal. A few months ago I had really stressful day at work. Instead of super sizing my fries I went to kickboxing, my instructor even tossed in some spinning back fists for me. After and hour I felt better but still need some jab jab cross. Stayed for a second hour. Not only did it cure my terrible rotten day it proved that I can kick some serious bag and I don’t need food to chase the blues away. I am NOT and emotional eater! I AM A KICK BOXER!

  5. Good advice! That’s what I used to do when I was in a super stressful job. It helped me deal with the stress a lot! Kickboxing may have even saved my life! Now I’ve moved on to a better job, but I’m still doing the kickboxing! I can’t really think of a reason to stop.
